We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We can not fill that slow and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services. If you missed an appointment, canceled or reschedule without a 48 hours, You will be subject to pay -50% of your service (First Time) - 75% of your service (Thereafter) After 1 unkept appointment, we retain the option to decline any future reservations you attempt to make. You must arrive no later than 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as “NO SHOW” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. RESCHEDULE POLICY You may reschedule your appointment via online, or email us. DEPOSIT POLICY A non refundable/ non transferable deposit require to secure your appointments. The deposit will be applied towards the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. RESCHEDULE POLICY Reschedule can be done at max 3 times. If you must reschedule, please allow at least 3 days of advance notice. Anything within that 3 days before your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make an appointment. NO GUEST POLICY Please refrain from bringing guest with you to your appointment due to cross contamination and interruption. The studio is small and does not allow for extra people not getting services. In care you need to interpret for a family. Please let us know before your appointment. CORRECTION POLICY For all previous work done by another artist (tattooed or micro blading, and etc). Please send a CLEAR photos of your brows to email. There are some previous work done that cannot be corrected. So please make sure your send a photo of your brows prior to your appointment to avoided being canceled. TOUCHUP POLICY All touch up are done fore EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY. If you book this service and are not an existing client, you will be charged a new set of brow fee. Please read the DISQUALIFICATIONS LIST below prior to the booking. Anyone that is the age of 18 Anyone allergic to anesthesia, pigmentation, ointment or cream and makeup. Anyone who is currently pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating. Anyone who is diabetic Anyone who is sick, covid, flu and etc. Anyone with glaucoma, and/or taking blood thinning medications. Anyone taking steroids medication Anyone who has cancer or undergoing chemotherapy or radiation. Anyone who has been treated with radiation or chem on therapy the last 45 days. Anyone with skin diseases such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, keloids, or hypertonic scaring on and around the treated area. Anyone with transmittable blood diseases (HIV, AIDS, HEPATITIS and etc. ) Anyone with bacterial and viral infections. Anyone with undiagnosed skin conditions, rashes, blisters, on and around the area. Anyone with high blood pressure of valve disorder. Anyone who has Botox’s, fillers done within the last 4 weeks prior to your appointment. Anyone with healing disorders. Anyone who is hemophiliac Anyone with a present open wound on and around the area.
